Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect only what we need to run LessAlarming. We don't sell your data, share it with third parties for advertising, or send you unsolicited email. Full stop.

What we collect

• · Your email address, used to log you in and send you account-related notifications.
• · Alert payloads and history that you send to us as part of the service.
• · Basic usage data (pages visited, feature usage) to help us improve the product. This data is anonymized and processed by Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool.
• · Billing information, processed and stored securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

What we don't do

• · We don't sell your data to anyone, ever.
• · We don't share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
• · We don't spam you. The only emails we send are transactional — login links, alert notifications, and receipts.
• · We don't use tracking cookies or fingerprinting.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Alert history is retained according to your plan (30 days for Solo, 1 year for Teams). When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days.
